A Colombian native, Dr. Diana Zorro, graduated dental school in her home country in 1998. After moving to North Carolina, she then received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of NC in 2007. Her passion for providing superior patient care in a safe, bio-compatible environment and her strong belief that oral health is directly linked to the body’s overall health, motivated her to start Smiles for Health. Dr. Zorro is also a licensed Nutritionist and is a firm believer in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. She created a practice that hones in on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. She is extensively trained in both esthetic dentistry and the use of biomaterials with a concentration in advanced prosthodontics, including full mouth rehabilitations with computer-guided surgical placement of implants. When Dr. Zorro is not in the office, she enjoys art and producing music in her small home studio. She loves spending time with her husband and two sons and is an avid hiker and traveler.
